Benefit Yard Sale

Volunteers of the Laura Walker Project held a benefit yard sale on August 8th and 9th.  Approximately six garages worth of items were collected from wonderful persons throughout the community who are in support of the project.  These items were either kept for the Laura Walker Project or sold in the yard sale.  Prices were not put on any items, as this was a 'donation only' yard sale.  The yard sale brought in $3000 for the Laura Walker Project.

A special thanks goes out to Jessica Hartle and her entire family, and Mrs. Sue Glessner.  This yard sale would not have been as successful as it was without their hard work and dedication.  Thank you very much to the community for their generous support through donations of merchandise as well as donations at the yard sale.
